Maps show possible outcomes of floods | Environment

Another way to see just what might happen if flooding comes the Green River Valley this winter.

The Army Corps of Engineers has made available a couple of scenarios based on how much water is flowing from Howard Hanson Dam.

KOMO4's Ray Lane says that copies of the maps are also available at the City of Kent Public Works Department.

They were put together for planning purposes and the Corps is stressing they do not predict the probability of a flood.

Earlier, King County released a real time link to monitor river levels.
